updating firmware on GS110TP V2 from

I never had to update my GS110 TP v2 until now where I had a major issue and had to reboot it.   the current version is: Model Name | Boot Version | Software Version GS110TP | B5.1.0.2 | 5.4.2.18...

by reading the released note I got that Java was needed ... I setup a win10 VM with Java... and it worked...

Java is (or more was) just required for the Device View. For the Web UI and the firmware update it's not required. However, have used IE for the update from the new virtual Win10?
