Hi PB21UK,
The VLAN capability of the Orbi allows the traffic from the ISP to bypass the router's Network Address Translation specifically for the purpose of IPTV (Page 84 of user manual).
You will need a switch with layer 3 functions, or a VLAN aware router to achieve your configuration.
