vlan or voip

Hello,
I would like assistance because I am unable to get the bang or voip on our phone that connects directly to the switch
thomson have the phone that are recovered and the IP that syncs via network
the live phone retrieves its configuration correctly, but when you pass through the switch can not the phone retrieves its configuration.
I already try everything and impossible to pass the communication via the switch.

je voudrais une assistance, car je n'arrive pas a faire passer le vlan ou voip sur nos téléphone qui se connecte directement sur le switch
se sont des téléphone thomson qui récupère sont ip et qui se synchronise via le réseau
le téléphone en direct récupère correctement sa configuration, mais quand on passe par le switch il est impossible que le téléphone récupère sa configuration.
j'ai déjà tout essayer et impossible de faire passer la communication via le switch.
le switch est a jours en date du 08-04-2016
