VPN blocked?

Hi,

Is there any possibility that this newly installed device could be causing issues with VPN over Ports 1194 to 1198?

At the moment it is simply installed, cableded up to the patch pannel, turned on and working fine for all networking and devices generally for www and LAN, printing, email, ftp, etc.

However TunnelBlick, which did work fine before installing this device, now cannot connect out as it did seamlessly work before.
