Waiting almost 3 months for RMA Refund for GS316EPP

Hi,

We purchased a GS316EPP switch some time ago. Had all sorts of problems with it.

In late October 2023 Netgear offered us a RMA / refund.

We sent the switch back, and it arrived at Netgear returns in TN on November 6th. We have proof of delivery.

Since then we have been waiting for a refund. Meanwhile our case has been closed. And the customer service rep we have been dealing with has not replied to repeated emails.

If someone from Netgear customer service or accounts payable would kindly contact me for the details it would be greatly appreciated.
