What purchase date to enter for replacement devices
I received a replacement switch under warranty and want to register it. However , I don't know whether to enter the purchase date of the original (damaged) switch or the date I received the replacement switch. Can anyone advise?
(Note: I've tried asking the question of the support techs on the warranty replacement cases, but it's been over 2 days and there has been no response. I'm guessing that once the RMA was raised they moved on and aren't looking at the cases any more.)

In my experience warranties are usually based off the original purchase date.
Otherwise every time you had a device replaced under warranty, it'd reset.
So I'd go off the original date of purchase.
Under the warranty terms/conditions is under the date of purchase. Just do a quick search for "date"
