XS728T Power Usage

The product information for this unit shows.

Max power - 134.9W
Min power - 67.8W

Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) IEEE
802.3az - Switched off by default

Power back-off - Drops power consumption by 15% to 20% when short copper cables are detected.

So does that mean that 67.8W is the min power usage, or will the Wattage reduce further with short cables (circa 20m) and 802.3az switched on?

Thanks for any advise.
James
