XS728T ProSafe switchnot detecting LAN Based Power Supply devices
Recently purchased XS728T ProSafe switch for connecting PC and TDK lambda 5 No's power supply.
I connected my laptop directly to it and was able to connect to the network. However, when I am trying to connect the power supply, no matter which port, it does not light up or detect it.
I have tried the same devices and PC connecting it to another Normal Network Switch (GS108E Model), it works .
What am I missing in XS728T Prosafe?
Note:
- All devices IP in same series
- Multiple laptop connected with Switch, its detected and working.
- loop back test completed
- Connecting PC with XS728T ProSafe switch directly, pinging happening.
- Connecting PC with Power Supply directly, pinging happening.
- No Connection Established b/w PC and Powersupply through Network Switch.
Thanks for your support in advance

Welcome to the community! 🙂
Is the XS728T being used like an unmanaged switch wherein there are no VLANs, etc. configured?
What is the current firmware version of the XS728T?

These power supplies come probably with 10Base-T or 100Base-T network ports (10 or 100 Megabits per second).
The XS728T does support 10Gbit or 1000 mbit/s (Gigabit) only.
