AP WAC124 doesn't work after upgrade!

I updated my WAC124 AP from WAC124-V1.0.4.4 to WAC124-V1.0.4.9 via webgui, but it stuck without completing the update. So I tried an older firmware version, WAC124-V1.0.4.6, downloaded f...
The always-on LED indicates the WAC124 can't boot. So time for a recovery, eg. using tftp.
