specs for UDP broadcast on port 12432

My WAX214 Access Point emits UDP broadcasts into the admin lan when a client connects. Is there a way to stop this or does a specification for data block exist? I am assuming that it contains infor...

ErwinL​ can you please figure out for us old crows why any Business Essential AP like the WAC214(v1 or v2) should broadcast Netgear Insight connection data from a client association - since these are not Netgear Insight managed models?
