WAX210 Band Steering Made AP hanging
I got a new WAX210 used in the office. Everytime I enabled band steering in the configuration, the AP hanged with red lights blinking. Then I can no longer login to AP unless factory reset.
The AP has loaded the last firmware V1.1.0.36.
Is it hardware issue or firmware issue? Does anyone have similar experience?

Sounds like FW issue.
How are you making the change? Insight app or WAX Web UI in a browser?

Since the AP only hangs when band steering is enabled and recovers after a factory reset, I would lean more toward a firmware/configuration issue than a hardware failure. The fact that the setting is being changed through the WAX Web UI is useful too.
If you can reproduce it consistently, I'd check whether the same thing happens with a freshly reset AP before changing any other settings. That would help narrow down whether band steering itself is triggering the problem or whether it is conflicting with another configuration. It may also be worth checking whether NETGEAR has a newer firmware than 1.1.0.36 for the WAX210.
