Can't login from Prosafe 2.3.5 after 2.0.1.40 firmware update

Today I received a security alert from Netgear about older verions of Prosafe.  So, I went online to check out my version.  While I was on the latest version of Prosafe, I saw that I was not using the latest firmware (2.0.1.40).  I was using 2.0.1.26.  So, I updated the firmware.

Since doing so, I am not able to login using the Prosafe utility.  I get the message "Login Command is not supported by agent!".  I am able to login from Firefox using the switche's IP.

After quite some time, I've powered off the switch in hopes I could login.  But to no avail.

Has anyone else had this problem?  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Chris.

  • I am having the exact same experience. I can login when using Firefox but in Chrome there is no input box for the password field after updating the firmware to 2.0.1.40 from 26.

Upgrading to Prosafe 2.4.3 resolved this problem.  I should have tried that first.  I can no login successfully from the utility.  Thank you for your help.
