GS105 troubleshooting - ports seem to not be working

Just bought a GS105 and it will power on (green light stays on), however, it doesn't seem to want to send/recieve anything through any of the ports. I have tested the cable via my mac > my ankr hub > ethernet port in the wall, and it can connect. It seems to lose it when it goes through the switch. The Port with the cable going from the switch to the ethernet wall port has both lights green/flashing occasionally. Super lost here. Using cat6 cables, just wired cat6 from my router up to my wall in my office as well, so all relatively new wiring/in good shape. The connections on my network tab within my settings just show the ethernet connections under other services rotating places (while still remaining not connected).

Any suggestions would be super appreciated.

    Hi phatman509,

    Welcome to the community!

If all port LEDs from each tested port were lit, it receives traffic from where it's connected. Have you tried directly connecting the said switch to your Modem/Router to isolate?

    Kind regards,
