It seems that the GS108 hardware is faulty and it needs replacement. I suggest you to access this link then click on the "Guided Assistance" button and follow the online instructions. You might need to upload a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of your GS108 for warranty verification. If the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will be processed.
