GS108PP spontaneously degrades some port from 1gbit to 100mbit
Hello,
i got a strange problem with one of my GS108PP:
It spontaneously degrades a usually 1gbit port to just 100Mbit. When i unplug and plug it in, 1gbit is stable again.
It started happening on my main connection (from the GS108PP) to the LAN and now also on my PC-connection to the GS108PP.
When the main-connection did this the 3rd time i switched to another port of the GS108PP and it didnt happen since then for this connection.
Just today it started on another port with my pc-connection. I also changed this connection to another free port of the switch, working fine for now.
Should i return it and let it exchange? Its only 1,5 years old now.

I'd try a new cat 6 cable. I've seen sketchy cables cause the port connection to degrade to 10/100mbps instead of gigabit.
