GS305v3 fails to connect with Windows 11
I have connected to HP printer via Cat 5e that threads through the wall with Windows 10. With Windows 11 it is denied access, 'Offline' with a cable directed across the floor, it connects. How can I get that to work?
I spent quite a bit of time with H&P, Microsoft and Dell. Microsoft claimed success with the cable Cat 6 across the floor, across the room. I had had that success before wasting time. There is a Netgear Ethernet switch next to the printer that connects with Swann video monitor

The switch would not be blocking anything if it's working normally.
And with this cable running across the floor connected to the GS switch in the middle with the Windows PC also connected to this switch doesn't work?
Be sure your using good quality LAN cable. CAT6 is recommended.
Using a Tripplet cable tester verifies connection. Connecting to Swann system next to the prtinter works well
using Windows 10 also connected gets to the printer. Is it Netgear problem?
Any progress on this?
You'd have to try another switch to determine that.
