GS724T v3 locks up
the switch was working fine in past 9 years (bought it in 2013, never did firmware update), working in my home business,
and recently, it keeps locking up from every weeks to days.
and once it locks up (the led still flashing for connected ports), but no network access and i have to disconnect power to restart it.
once it gets restarted, everything gets to normal.
it seems the hardware is getting worse and worse and network seems slower than a year ago.
sorry i am not a hardware expert, this is all the details i can say.
where should i start to check the issue? or just hardware is going to be dead?
thanks.

Welcome to the community!
Given that the switch has been working fine for 9 years, there is a possibility that it could be a hardware issue.
However, we still suggest performing the following troubleshooting methods if possible to see if that will resolve the issue:
- Perform a factory defaults on the switch
- Upgrade the FW to the latest which is v5.4.2.30 (release notes here)
If the issue still persists, you can try requesting an RMA by opening a support ticket (for your reference, check this KB article).

Thank you for the information, our IT guy tried and it is not getting better.
it seems it usually happen in the busy morning once 15+ active devices connected.
I will request a hardware RMA.
Again, thank you for the help.
