Very difficult to find "new" 10BASE2 equiped switch or hub (it does not really matter) as we face technology from the early 1980ties here.
I'd look around on eBay and the like ...
Alternate approach could be a 10BASE2 to 10BASET Media Converter, and add some 10M capable switch. Converters might be easier to find with industry suppliers.
