I've attached a PDF with my current network and proposed, when I setup the proposed network the laptop connected to the switch couldnt see the Mac Mini, does anyone know why this would be ?

Can't spot any obvious reason - from the drawing it looks like a plain L2 switched network.

All Link LED on the switch show link and active connections?

All systems are in the same subnet, and have correct subnet configuraitons?

Wht exact switch model (see label) are we facing here?

Hi , thanks for replying, all the link lights were on and the switch is a GS105, the subnet is 255.255.255.0 on all devices

I didnt make any changes to the devices network other than assign a fixed IP address

And all these fixed IP addresses are in the same subnet and mtch with the router subnet and DHCP? Easy possible there is IP address / subnet address typo on one of the systems involved.
