There must be something wrong with the power supply, it could be grounded or damaged. You can also contact our support team to get a free power supply replacement.

Hi Teenet,
There is a chance that it could be a bad power supply, the power LED is not supposed to blink. Did you try if the switch is detected by the utility or if it even passes the IP from your DHCP server?
