There must be something wrong with the power supply, it could be grounded or damaged. You can also contact our support team to get a free power supply replacement.

Hi again,
Yes, I'm able to login to the utility and config all the settings. It also passes the ip from the dhcp server without any problems. The only issue is with the blinking power LED. What kind of power supply should I buy? 12v 1A is a must or can I use a 12v 2A 24w max which I have at home?

Hi Teenet,
It would be best if you use the same Voltage and Amp like the one supplied. I have not seen such LED behavior for this model. If the power LED blinks do you lose connectivity to the switch?
