Netgear XS508M/Router GT-BE98 Pro Slow with one Intel NUC
Hello. I have the switcher XS508M its LAN Port 1 is connected to the Lan Port 10G port of my router GT-BE98 Pro, and the NUC is connected to LAN Port 2 of the XS508M in other words, in switch XS508M ...

Exactly FURRYe38 I noted some strange behavior in the switcher.
I made some tests in the router to make some DHCP IP's static with macid and normal things and suddenly the switcher again started to give half of speed and if I connect the devices directly to the router they are at maximum. Is there a special condition or something that makes the switcher low the speed? Now, again I'm trying to make it behave with high speed. The interesting is the leds are green in all portals as normal. The only thing I did is remove the king aggregator from the Bios and assign some IP's to some devices and that's all.

Maybe try undoing the Bios change.

So the switch had been working at full speed before you made some DHCP IP static address configuration changes?
Since you posted here: Orbi 970 Horrible performance in AP Mode | NETGEAR Communities
Possible that your mis configurations regarding static and reserved maybe at play here and causing the switch to not operate correctly.
Something you should do to check the switch, if you have a friend, family, work or nieghbor with good internet, take this switch to there location and just connect it to there system, with out making any changes, connect one or two ethernet connected PCs to the switch and run some speed tests.
No idea what your referring to king aggregator from bios means.
I have the 5 port model of the XS508 and have had zero issues with it. Even have the SFP port connected with a 10Gb to ethernet adapter installed. Been working great here.

Yes, I had issues with the ORBI 970, but that issue was solved by connecting it to the ASUS router in 10G ports or via the Switch as it is now. The Orbi 970 is currently plugged into the switch along with other devices, and for now, the Orbi is working fine.
Returning to the switch, I noticed that when I kept it powered off for one day, the devices connected directly to the router ran at maximum speed—10G ports for the higher-speed devices and 2.5G for the lower-speed ones. This morning, I turned the switch back on, reconnected it to the router, and with all the devices plugged into the switch, everything is running perfectly again at full speed. I don’t know if the switch performs some kind of analysis when major changes are made to the router’s BIOS, or if it stores information that temporarily limits speed or control in some way. I also don’t know if there’s a way to reset the switch’s memory or tweak it so it forgets previous settings. For example, 2 days ago, when I made critical changes to the router I don't know what thought the Switch. I know is unmanaged but who knows what happens inside the switch when the issues happen.
For now, everything is working again, and I won’t make more critical reboots or changes to the ASUS router. This kind of issue shouldn’t happen, since the switch is supposed to always run at maximum speed regardless of past configurations. My ASUS router is connected from its 10G LAN Port 1 to LAN Port 1 of the switch. I don’t think the specific port on the switch matters, but I’ve always used Port 1 in the Swtich to connect the router and the consecutive ports for the other devices.
Who knows what happened but after 1 day off the switch is stable again. Is interesting to know or if there is something to reset it to return original state in the Switch.

These are non managed switches. So there is no user interface or reset condition for these switches. Only things that could be effecting them would be the connecting devices and there configurations. Otherwise could be some possible hardware failure.
You'd need to find another XS switch to put in place and see if same thing happens to tell that.
Non managed switches don't do much outside of there programming of passing traffic between connecting devices. If there are problems or odd misconfigurations at the source or connnecting devices or in cableing, these would and could cause switches to not work right.
Have seen various odd issues with ASUS routers as well, I have a couple already. Can be one factor as well. Why I suggested testing your switch in a different location to see if problem follows, or not.
Can make contact with NG support as well and see if they can help on this as well.
