ProSafe 24 JGS524 v2 No Power
We have this ProSafe 24 JGS524 v2 that will not power up. I am seeing 120 volts AC at the mains input of the PS board, but no DC on the output. Fuse F1 tests good. I do not see any trauma, such as arc tracks or discoleration. It looks like new. Is this power supply available for sale anywhere? Is there a schematic available? It is a LEI 16-A430, Rev A.

If you purchased this switch brandnew after June 1, 2016 you should have contacted NETGEAR Support as this unit has a Lifetime Hardware warranty. However, it seems that you have opened the unit already which voids it.
the Power Supply for the switch should be available online but not with NETGEAR. IMO, I think the best option would be to purchase a defective or 2nd unit that has a good PSU.
