    The product of GS108v4 in United States is GS108-400NAS.  You may want to verify it with Amazon if the product code of the GS108 switch their selling is GS108-400NAS.

Welcome to the community! :) 

 

Since your internet speed you are subscribed with has increased to 300Mbps, I think what you need is to change the firewall router that you have that supports a LAN-to-WAN throughput greater that 300Mbps.  However, if you just want to replace your old FS108 unmanaged switch with a new one, I recommend you the GS108v4.  Kindly check its specifications on the data sheet here.
