XS508M - devices not connected with unstable connection
I have connected the switch to the following
1) BR500 router , which provides 1G internet connection
2) 3 multimedia TVs
3) 3 PCs
4) NAS
Auto DCHP
Issues :
a) Internet connection cannot be shown or connected for 1 or more devices
b) Connections are not stable and ports are reset occasionally
Any suggestion to solve ?

Are you able to access the internet just fine if you connect a PC directly to the BR500?
Is the XS508M directly connected to the BR500? If not, kindly try to connect the XS508M directly to the BR500 then connect a PC directly to the XS508M. Check if you will be able to access the internet just fine. Observe the behavior of the corresponding port LEDs where the PC is connected to the XS508M.

I unpluged all connections and plug again. It runs normally now though don't know what the exact reason behind.
