a. On what specific device do you see the script error?
Windows 10 machine with Insight VPN Client
Virtual Windows 7 Machine on same computer
b. Do you also see the same script error on other devices that has a VPN client connection to the BR500?
I am only currently using those 2 devices.
c. How many VPN client devices are connected to the BR500?
Only those 2 devices.
d. What is current firmware version of the BR500?
V5.5.0.1
Screen Shot attached.
As an additional note, the VPN seems to be working fine. It is just the annoying pop up that occurs every 20 - 30 min or so.

Thank you for your feedback. Based from your answers, it seems that the memory that is being described from the script error pertains to the actual memory of your PC. Since your PC is a Windows 10 machine with a virtual Windows 7 in it, it is possible that the PC memory has reached its limit.

I don't think so. Here is a Peformance screen from Task Manager. This is with email and a several other apps open including the virtual machine. Memory is at 70%.

Let us try this. On your PC, kindly close all applications such as e-mail, virtual machine and other apps, then open the Insight VPN Client only. Try to open the VPN tunnel and observe if the same script error will appear.

The VPN Tunnel opens and functions just fine. The error does not appear when connecting. But after a while it pops up. I click on Continue running scripts on this page, and it goeas away for a while. Then it pops up again.
