Cannot access devices on BR500.
Good afternoon! I have an issue where I cannot access devices plugged into my BR500 from my desktop. I have a BR500 plugged into a modem. It is able to turn on, log in, and broadcast its VPN....

IP address 192.168.1.x is your local network IP and not your VPN IP. The VPN IP should have an IP range of 10.x.x.x. There is an on going issue affecting some Insight VPN users and engineering is looking into currently. Few things:
-How are you accessing the HTTP page? Are you using the MacBook to connect to your network remotely? If you are connecting remotely does it display the VPN tunnel IP? Does it display the subnet of your local network on your BR500?
-In regards to your Apache setup, if you enable port forwarding "port 80 is the default for HTTP" can you access the webpage by connecting to it through the local IP? What about with the WAN IP? If you enable dynamicDNS through the local interface of the BR500 can you access it with the dynamicDNS name?
Unfortunately, the Insight software and the machine both tell me that the VPN network is 192.169.1.X. My local network is 192.168.1.X. Initially, when I received by BR500 it was trying to create a 192.168.1.X network and I changed it because it would get confusing for me.
Strangely enough, I'm running into the issue that has irritated me second most about the BR500 (the first being that your software won't run on a Mac unless I use an external monitor): sometimes it works.
Right now, it works. I have no idea why. In a week, it may not work, and I'll be back asking for help and ... then it'll work again.
