New devices cannot access to wifi

I have WAX610 access points, and it seems like new devices (such as new iPhones and Androids) cannot access the WiFi.

I have already factory reset and updated the firmware.

However, certain devices still cannot access the WiFi.

Please give me advice. Thank you.

Aware these decent mobile devices are defulting to rndom MAC addresses (Apple misleadingly name this Private WiFi Adresses), and whatever is run as a DHCP server might struggle or fail to assign a correct LAN IP address? This is the much more likely reason why a deivces can't access any network,,,

      Thank you for your reply.

Is it possible that every time a device accesses Wi-Fi, it changes its MAC address?

I assumed that from your opinion and changed the lease time, which solved the issue.

      Thank you so much!

Challenge the maker or vendor of your device please.

This does not enhance things massively. However, very short lese times can be an undesired challenge for your infrastructure (the DHCP server and more).
