FVS318G Port Forward Fail

Hi All,

 

I cannot forward port 5901-5903, those port use for remote the client PC with UltraVNC.

 

- Set the 3 ports on different service name.

- Set signle inbound rule for each port.

 

Can anyone tell me with I am missing?

    I have some questions for us to isolate your issue properly. I have listed them below: 

     

    1.Are you getting any error messages upon opening the ports? 

    2. What is the firmware version you are currently using? 

     

    I also would like to request for sreenshots (firewall rules) to be sent to me through PM.

      Dear JohnRo

       

      No error to opening the port, the firmware version is 4.3.3-3.

        Hi ChunLee,

         

        The settings looks good, try changing the WAN users to "ANY" and see if it will make any ddiference. What modem are you using?
