    Hi verax99,

    Welcome to the community! :)

    Kindly answer the questions below:

    a.  How is everything connected?  Kindly post an image or screenshot of your detailed network setup.

    b.  Did you perform a factory reset the FVS318Gv2 after successfully upgraded the firmware?  If not yet, it is recommended to perform a factory reset to the FVS318Gv2 after doing a firmware upgrade then reconfigure it from scratch.

    c. Do you have a DSL or cable internet connection?

I look forward to your response.

    Regards,

      Hi!

I Have the same Problem with my FVS 318G.

After 2- 3 hours the Router stops Traffic to the Internet. The Local Network is still working.

The Routers Wan Port is replying to Ping´s from the Internet.

After restarting the connected Cable modem (router is still powerd on) everthing is fine for the next 2-3 hours...

i`ve done Firmware Update and Factory Reset already.

The FVS 318 is about a Month routing my Network. ´till now everything was fine...

        Hi Tintifax78,

        Welcome to the community! :)

        Kindly answer the questions below:

        a. Have you tried to connect a PC directly to your cable modem and check if the internet connection is fine?

        b. Since you mentioned that everything was fine before, are there any changes made on your existing network such as have you upgraded your internet subscription with your Internet Service Provider?

        c. What is the behavior of the WAn port LED light of the FVS318G?

I look forward to your response.

        Regards,
