FVS318G V2 Router drops internet connection
The ProSafe router/firewall drops the internet connection multiple times a day. I connected the computer directly to the fiber modem and it works. IP shows no failures on their side. I have updated the ProSafe router firmware to FVS318Gv2_v4.3.5-3 and reset back to factory defaults. It still continues to happen. My current router is a replacement for my previous router that had a hardware failure in Dec 2017.
I have lifetime hardware warranty, but no support. What are my next steps?

We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. As per checking, this covers a lifetime hardware warranty and you can still create a ticket for your device in order for it to be replaced.
