fvs318gv2 loosing intenet, HTB: quantum of class 10001 is big consider r2q change

I have several VPN firewalls that loose internet connection intermittenly. The log shows this, HTB: quantum of class 10001 is big consider r2q change. Also could show 11024 instead of 10001 or both. ...

    Thanks for posting the info about the MTU change.  We've been having a similar issue for weeks, I adjusted the MTU size from default (1500) to 1492 a couple of days ago after seeing this and I haven't had an outage since.  I am seeing some new messages in the logfile though, about every two hours I get something like:

     

    Fri Jan 6 15:40:06 2017((GMT-0600)) [FVS336GV3][Kernel][KERNEL] Port 0 receive error code 4, packet dropped
    Fri Jan 6 15:40:06 2017((GMT-0600)) [FVS336GV3][Kernel][KERNEL] Port 0 receive error code 4, packet dropped

     

    Does anyone know what "error code 4" means and whether it's anything to be concerned about?

OK, I take back what I said about lack of support.  Since my firewall was new, I was able to open a support ticket received some help that appears to have solved the issue.  I was advised to change the MTU size from 1500 to 1492. You change it under WAN settings: Network Configuration -> Broadband -> Advanced, so far, after doing this, I've not had to restart the firewall.
