FVS318N - Some websites not working

Hi all

I becomming crazy because I have configured some open ports in the firewall, but I get only two working.

Firmware Version:4.3.3-6

First I configured HTTPS (default service) to my mail server and it works, I get access from outside with my webbrowser. Next I configured a service (I named it TCP_69) with port 34069 to get access to a IP-camera via a CMS software. This works as well, I get access. Next I configured a service (I named it http_69) with port 8069 to get access to this IP-cmera via webbrowser. And here I do not get access, I give in my IE the xxxx.dyndns.org:8069 but nothing happen. Same would be with other ports like WebDAV or access to my NAS.

following configuration:

security/services(Inbound): name - http_69, Type - TCP, Start Port - 8069, Finish Port 8069

security/services(Inbound): name - WebDAV, Type - TCP, Start Port - 5005, Finish Port 5005

security/firewall:

firewall2.PNG

Can anybody tell me, why for TCP_69 I get access and for http_69 or Webdav not? I tried already WAN Destination IP Address Broadband, and Other Pucblic Address. Same with WAN User.

dyndns works, because of TCP_69 shows, I entered in the CMS my xxx.dyndns.org, port is also given 34069.

Thanks for help.

    Hi tremble35,

    Kindly answer the questions below:

    a. Is port 8069 configured on the IP camera for web access?

    b. Is port 5005 configured on the NAS for WebDAV?

Kindly access this link: http://www.subnetonline.com/pages/network-tools/online-port-scanner.php in order to scan if ports 8069 and 5005 is really open on the FVS318N.  If it shows "online/reachable," it means that the port/s are open but if it shows "offline/unreachable," it means that it needs troubleshooting.

      Hello DaneA

Thank you for quick reply. I tried these scans and I was successfull for some moments. I got a green light for 5005 and I got a connection with my IE from outside to the NAS (5000).  But now nothing is working anymore, no san is successfull and even before seen IP-Cam with my CMS is gone.

I catched a log from my FVS318N when I tried to make port scan of port 5005 what was not successfull.

14.0.0.29 is my WAN port. This WAN port is physically connected to a gateway from provider "Drei", it is a 3webgate from ZTE. All ports are forwarded to the 14.0.0.29 and I see the FVS receives this port scan.

IP address of gateway and dyndns are the same, is checked from my side.

      Best regards Tremble35

        Hi tremble35,

        Here are my follow-up questions:

        a. Are there any changes made to your network if ever these was all working fine before?

        b. If you will connect either your NAS or IP camera directly to the gateway, are you able to get Webdav access to your NAS and web-access to the IP camera since all ports are open on the gateway?

        Regards,
