We have an issue whereby one of our external workers cannot iChat or connect to our port 80 London FTP / Web Server on our fixed IP.
Everyone else everywhere in the world has no problems, but Matt cannot on his BT 100MB line in Cornwall via. his fixed IP.
Matt can connect no problems to exactly the same setup in our Hull office fixed IP.
I have checked our Netgear router and there is no problem at all there, and like I say, everyone but Matt can connect anyway.
Thoughts please, I'm stuck :-(

- aditMentorRun a packet capture on the server and look for the traffic. Then work your way back to him.
- Tms, done that from Matts end, gets to the Router then stops.
Everyone else gets through OK no probs. - ...so is there some way to unblock Matts IP from the FVS366G, as I believe it is this device that just does not like his IP alone :-(
- aditMentorWhat rules are setup? They are the only thing in the router that can block an IP.
