Is it possible to flush the IP cashe on FVS336G

None of that helped. I have rebooted both the computer and router. Even powered off the router and reinstalled the OS (Windows 7-64). Nothing seems to help, other than revert to the IP address of 192.168.1.14. Thanks for your help.
