Laptop Stolen - Need License Key reset

My laptop was stolen.  I need to reset the license key so that I can load on new laptop.  I have VPNG01L. My products are registered.

I advise you to open a chat / online case with NETGEAR Support.  Kindly state your concern and indicate the VPN license key and the e-mail address that you have used to register the VPN license key before.

    Maybe I'm missing something here.  I cannot figure out how to open a Support chat and open a ticket. I am signed in under My Netgear.  I used to be able to call and have it done in 5 minutes.
