License Key Needs Reset for Netgear ProSafe Windows Client

I need to move my installation of my NetGear ProSafe VPN Client software from one Windows computer to another. To do this I need to have the license key reset, and according to some research posting a message to this forum is how you get someone from Netgear to reset your license key. Please let me know how to proceed.
