license reset
We have 5 licenses for Netgear VPNG05L-20000S ProSafe VPN Client Professional and need to install 1 on a new computer. Even though we have uninstalled the software from 2 devices, we get activation error 33. We apparently need a license reset. I can send account details if I can somehow message securely.

a. The VPNG05L license key that needs to be reset
b. The e-mail address/es that was used when you have registered the VPN license key
