Can you confirm if both WAN interfaces are Up under the Router Status in the Monitoring tab?

Here are my follow-up questions below:
a. What is the model of the NETGEAR firewall you are using?
b. What is the current firmware version of the NETGEAR firewall you are using?
c. How did you know that the users are unable to login via RDP on WAN2 port? Kindly post a screenshot of it.
d. Just to isolate the problem, have you tried to configure protocol binding on WAN1 with RDP then WAN2 with HTTP & HTTPS? Kindly try it and observe what will be the results.
