Un-registar Firewall and VPN Lite Client
I sold my SRX5308 and want to un-registrar it and it's VPN Lite Client so that they are no longer associated with my email address and account. How do I do this?

If ever you are the first owner (original owner) of the SRX5308, most likely, your request might not be granted.
Since you sold the SRX5308 to another person, it cannot be registered anymore to whom you sold to or to whoever currently owns/uses the SRX5308 because it is already second hand or refurbished. The warranty is just solely for the original owner of the SRX5308.
If ever you have already opened an online case with NETGEAR Support regarding your concern, kindly wait for their response.

Thats unfortunate. I was the first owner, and as the owner I should have the right to transfer my ownership. I paid for the hardware and software, and it seems to me I should have full controll over it. It's policies like this that have encouraged me to take my money to other companies that have more flexible policies...
