VPN Client Pro - License Reset Please

I have a VPN Client that suddently had it's license deactivated. It is one member of a 5-pack and has been operational for years. Now when I try to reactivate I get the error "license already in use".

 

I uninstalled and tried to reinstall, but no joy.

 

I think it might have something to do with a recent update to CyberGhost, which is used for general browsing on the internet rather than routing through the office VPN. Are there any know compatibility issues?

 

Can I please have this license reset?

    I got your private message and sent a request to reset your VPN license key.   As an update, I got a feedback that one of the 5-user VPN license key has been reset as per the e-mail address you have provided.  You may register again the VPN license key.

    a. The VPN license key that needs to be reset

    b. E-mail address/es that was used when you have registered the 5-user VPN license key
