VPNG05L need licence keys reset
I have replaced 4 laptops where our 5 licenses package was used, always carefully uninstalling the SW, but I am not not able to use the license on the new HW, getting error 33. Can you please help me to reset the licenses.

I got a feedback that your 5-user VPN license key has been fully reset. You may now register it again on the new laptops you have.

a. the VPN license key that needs to be reset
b. e-mail address that was used when you have registered the VPN license key
