AC1200/WAC104 cant reset password

I just purchased an AC1200/WAC104 and on initial launch prompts for "Please change your password!"

 

I have tried password, sharedsecret, "" ,and everything else I could think of, but returns "Unauthorized" and returns to 401_access_denied.

 

Ideas?

    The default log/password should be: 

    login: admin

    password: password

     

    all lower case. 

    Try factory resetting it by pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. 

    during the install, it'll initially ask you for the login/password and then should prompt you to change it.
