Access point not obtaining an IP address
Model: WAC124 Firmware 1.0.4.6, OS Win 10 Pro I am attempting to set up a guest network on Netgear-2 (I have renamed
it). Netgear-1 works fine.

To start with, please install the current firmware https://www.netgear.com/support/product/wac124.aspx#download - 1.0.4.7 as of writing.
Then consult AC2000 802.11ac Wireless Access Point/Router WAC124 User Manual p.67 ff. "Manage client isolation for a single WiFi
network" - here you find the controls to disable (for your normal work SSID) resp. enable the isolation by SSID.
