How far apart are these 2 outbuildings? you might pickup a point to point system like netgear airbridge (not in stock right now) to connect them that route if they're to far apart.

thanks for this suggestion. The distance from the main building to the outbuildings is about 25 meters. The main building is located in the middle between the outbuildings.
I will double check this as an alternative to my first idea ;-)
