Half speeds

I recently had an RMA done on my old wax610 that died on me & got a replacement device. Previously, I was getting around 610-700 download speeds when close to the AP and around 350-400 when across the house. On the new AP i’m only managing 350-400 when close the the new AP which is nowhere my old one was. Can anyone chime in some input and help out?

Wild guess: Unlucky defaults for Channel Width ... use Dynamic 20 / 40 / 80 MHz or fix to 80 MHz .... in Management > Configuration > Wireless > Basic > Wireless Settings.

      Hi,

Change the channel width as suggested by schumaku  and if AP is running on POE power, then make sure AP is getting 803.3at power. Upgrade to latest firmware (V10.7.5.3) if running on out of box firmware.
