How to disable SSO login?

I've been finding this out from customers that only had their SSO logins. As Netgear has the firmware automatically disabling SSO. About half my customers didn't bother to save the local login info and are now locked out of their devices completely. Bravo!

You could try the default?
- User: admin
- Password: password
Tried but doesn't work because the passwords are set but forgotten. Since the local sign in could never be used unless disabling WAC124's access to the internet, they tossed the local login info aside.
Pretty sloppy approach, seems punitive. Could have warned customers they needed to have local login info before disabling SSO. Even give the option to reset the local login info first. Who's running these companies now, are they out of diapers yet, or back into them?
