Insight Managed 630 AP shows Waiting for first connect
Trying to connect first netgear 630 AP via insight managed app.
have registered netgear account and registered devices.
logged in AP local web GUI and configured insight remote management.
have installed insight app and scanned the qr code on the AP, however portal shows waiting for first connect.
how to troubleshoot

Welcome to the community!
Can you change the NTP server on your AP to a different NTP server, for example: time.google.com and see if it comes online?
To do this in the AP local gui, go to Management > System > Basic > Time. Check 'Use custom NTP Server'. Enter a different NTP server (like Google) then click Apply.
If it doesn't come online, try rebooting the AP.

If it is visible in the App means it can be discovered on the LAN only. Is there some security blocking connections towards to the Internet, like some DNS filtering active being on your router, the ISP, or a 3rd party service? If so, you can try temporarily configure your router to use e.g. the Google and/or Cloudflare DNS IPs like 8.8.8.8 resp. 1.1.1.1, at least these addresses should be assigned by the DHCP server to the clients?
