Latency issue with WAX610
Hello,
I am having an issue with latency on my WAX610. My setup is 3 SSID's with separate vlan tags. The SSID's are standard setups with the exception of the vlan tag. My WAX610 is connected to a ciso router configured in trunk mode.
The issue is random, sproadic high latency when pinging the gateway (local router) over wifi. normally ping times will be 4-6ms, and spike randomly for several seconds up to 100ms, before returning to 4-6ms. I am not transmitting large amounts of data when this takes place, only pinging. This happens on both 2.4 and 5ghz, and I am not overlapping channels with other networks. I am confident that this issue is related to the AP and not my router.
I have tried downgrading firmware and resetting the router, with the same results. Has anyone also experienced this issue, and had any success in fixing it?

Welcome to the community! :)
Since you already tried to downgrade the firmware and perform a factory reset on your WAX610 but still the same problem, I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime. In this way, a thorough hardware check on your WAX610 will be conducted by the NETGEAR Support Team.
