lost access to account and want to deregister a device
i need to reset my password to an old account or register my wac510 to this new account. ive lost access to the old [email protected] account. long story but they wont budge on giving me access back. i want to add it to this account im on now if possible. i bought this thing like 6 years ago so i dont have a reciept but i can prove that i am the owner. i bought it in california and now reside in ohio. please help

I sent a request to the NETGEAR Support Team to check your old [email protected] account and got a feedback that there is no NETGEAR device registered to it. I think it would be best that you delete your old [email protected] account then register the serial number of your WAC510 to your new MyNETGEAR account.
Kindly access the link below. Be sure to fill up the required fields and select "Delete" as the Type of Request in order to delete your old [email protected] account
